Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is hiring a Corporate Systems Engineer in Abu Dhabi to deploy and demonstrate the Falcon platform for prospects. You will lead technical demonstrations, gather customer requirements, and guide proofs of value with cross-functional teams.

You will continuously learn new attack techniques, train internal teams, and ensure customers receive technical enablement and value messaging that aligns with sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the technical champion in the opportunities.
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations.
• Articulate the CrowdStrike technical message where required.
• Ask open and challenging discovery questions to uncover pain and drive requirements.
• Run Proof of Values POV with approved success criteria demonstrating benefits and value of the platform.
• Collaborate with Product Management as a liaison for key accounts and their technical product requirements.
• Learn and test different cyber security attack techniques against the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
• Provide informal training to the Corporate team on CrowdStrike technology and competitive messaging.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer feedback and issue resolution with the Support team.
