Job summary

CrowdStrike seeks a Corporate Systems Engineer to deploy and demonstrate its Falcon platform to prospective customers, learning attack techniques and testing them within CrowdStrike’s environment. You will gather requirements, design POVs, and manage evaluation processes to a successful close.

Working with Sales and pre-sales, you will articulate technical value, deliver demonstrations, and provide deep technical expertise to win solutions while staying current on evolving cybersecurity trends

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical roles with self-direction and organisation
• Exceptional communication abilities for technical and business audiences
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities under pressure
• Strong technical acumen to evaluate architectures and identify security improvements
• Intellectual curiosity and competitive drive with growth mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Native fluency in Arabic and business level English
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the technical champion in opportunities
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations
• Articulate the CrowdStrike technical message when required
• Ask open discovery questions to uncover pain and drive requirements
• Run Proof of Values (POV) with approved success criteria
• Collaborate with Product Management for key accounts and tech requirements
• Learn and test cyber security attack techniques against the Falcon platform
• Provide informal training to the Corporate team on CrowdStrike technology
• Serve as primary contact for customer feedback requiring Support
