Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Corporate Systems Engineer to propel the next generation of endpoint security. You will deploy, configure and demonstrate the Falcon platform to prospects, learning and testing attack techniques within CrowdStrike’s environment.

You will work across sales and pre-sales teams to articulate value, gather requirements, and guide evaluations to a successful close, while staying current on emerging cyber security trends.

• Exceptional communication abilities for technical and business audiences.
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities for complex technical challenges under pressure.
• Strong technical acumen to evaluate architectures, identify vulnerabilities and optimise.
• Intellectual curiosity and drive for continuous learning and growth.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (business level).
• Experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the technical champion in opportunities.
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations.
• Articulate CrowdStrike's technical messaging when required.
• Ask open discovery questions to uncover pain and drive requirements.
• Run Proof of Values with defined success criteria showing platform benefits.
• Collaborate with Product Management as liaison for key accounts and technical requirements.
• Learn and test cyber security attack techniques on CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
• Provide informal training to the Corporate team on CrowdStrike technology and messaging.
• Serve as primary customer contact for feedback requiring Support.
