Job summary

CrowdStrike seeks a Corporate Systems Engineer to join the Corporate Team, deploying and demonstrating Falcon to prospective customers. You’ll lead technical demonstrations, gather requirements and run POVs to prove value, working across sales, pre-sales and product teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical roles with self-direction and organisational excellence.
• Exceptional communication abilities, delivering clear and impactful presentations to both technical and business audiences.
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities, with demonstrated success in analysing and resolving complex technical challenges under pressure.
• Strong technical acumen with ability to quickly evaluate complex architectures and identify security vulnerabilities and optimisation opportunities.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the technical champion in the opportunities.
• Deliver technical product presentations & demonstrations.
• Articulate the CrowdStrike technical message where required.
• Ask open and challenging discovery questions that help uncover pain and drive requirements.
• Run Proof of Values (POV) with approved success criteria demonstrating the benefits and value of the platform.
• Collaborate with the Product Management team as a liaison for key accounts and their technical product requirements.
• Learn and test different cyber security attack techniques against the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
• Provide informal training to the Corporate team on CrowdStrike technology and competitive messaging.
• Serve as our customers’ primary point of contact for feedback and resolution of issues that require assistance from the Support team.
