Job summary

FireMon is seeking a Customer Success Manager in the United Arab Emirates to own large strategic accounts while ensuring maximum satisfaction and product engagement. Successful candidates will have at least 4 years of experience in Customer Experience or Account Management in the Network Security space, along with excellent communication skills and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
