Job summary

Tiger Recruitment Ltd. seeks a technically adept Technical Account Manager in the UAE to guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value realization of data security solutions.

You will be the primary technical contact, coordinating with Support and Engineering and driving proactive health checks and best-practice adoption. The role requires 4+ years in a customer-facing cloud/cybersecurity/data security or data privacy role, strong Windows OS skills, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within cloud, cybersecurity, data security, or data privacy.
• Experience working with Windows operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT, cloud, and security technologies.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to quickly establish technical credibility and build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer success.

Responsibilities

• Help customers protect their data from insider threats, cyberattacks, and policy violations.
• Lead customer onboarding and provide ongoing technical guidance, support, and value.
• Drive customer success through proactive health checks, hands-on product adoption, training, and sharing best practices.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews and security/risk assessments.
• Partner with Sales teams to identify and support upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Continuously develop expertise in new products, features, and technologies for each customer's security environment.
• Partner with Account Managers and Sales Engineers to identify renewal risks and develop strategies to support renewals.
• Serve as a primary technical contact for customers while coordinating with internal Support and Engineering teams as needed.
• Advocate for customers by documenting feedback and ensuring issues are addressed.
• Engage with stakeholders across the customer organization including Infrastructure, Cloud, Privacy & Compliance, Security, Incident Response, and executives.
• Identify, investigate, manage, and remediate customer technical issues in a timely manner.
• Provide clear recommendations, action plans, and follow-up with appropriate internal teams.
