Job summary

Salt in Dubai is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own strategic enterprise relationships across the MEA region within Cybersecurity OT / ICS. This post-sales role combines relationship management, technical engagement and commercial growth to protect critical infrastructure.

You will drive onboarding, adoption, and measurable value, build CISO-level relationships, work with Sales and Engineering, and manage renewals while identifying expansion opportunities across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management or Strategic Account Management.
• Background in Cybersecurity, Enterprise SaaS or Industrial Technology.
• Experience managing enterprise customers across the Middle East.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and commercial awareness.
• Arabic and/or French language skills would be a significant advantage.

I'm partnering with a globally recognised cybersecurity specialist focused on protecting Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and critical infrastructure.

They're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to take ownership of strategic enterprise relationships across the Middle East and Africa.

This is a post-sales, customer-facing position combining relationship management, technical engagement, customer retention and commercial growth.
