Job summary

Qashio Payments Services seeks a Customer Success Manager to own end-to-end relationships with assigned customers, from onboarding through adoption and retention, ensuring satisfaction and expansion opportunities.

You will collaborate across Customer Service, Product Support and Sales, forecast needs, and drive product feature adoption, ERP integrations, and data-driven success metrics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B SaaS customer success or related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience with CRM and customer success software.
• Understanding of FinTech, accounting software, and expense management.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention and satisfaction for assigned customers.
• Proactively identify issues and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Product Support and Sales.
• Forecast customer needs and propose product features.
• Expand accounts, drive retention and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain regular check-ins and ensure customers engage with Qashio features.
• Coordinate ERP-system integrations between Qashio and client systems.
