Job summary

Dollar Car Rental UAE is seeking a motivated Sales Executive - Corporate to drive corporate leasing and short-term rental sales. You will prospect, manage the pipeline, close renewals, and build strong client relationships with key accounts.

You will coordinate with Operations and Accounts to ensure seamless service, prepare quotations and contracts, and report sales activities to the Head of Corporate Business. The role requires self-motivation and the ability to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in leasing/automotive.
• Strong client relationships and communication skills.
• Ability to manage sales pipeline and meet monthly targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and handle lease and short-term rental sales for corporate customers.
• Build and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline through outreach and follow-up on leads.
• Expand and bring in new business for the company.
• Prepare quotations and contracts for new and existing corporate customers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients through regular meetings, follow-ups, and feedback collection to ensure service quality.
• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to address client queries or complaints in a timely manner.
• Facilitate senior-level connections between client organizations and Dollar management when needed.
• Track contract expiry dates and follow up on renewal opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team on client payment matters.
• Ensure individual sales targets are achieved or exceeded on a monthly basis.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the Head of Corporate Business.
• Perform additional functions as directed or assigned by the manager.
