Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience managing relationships and a portfolio of Corporate clients in banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance; CFA/MBA/FRM preferred.
• Knowledge of credit skills, deal structuring, balance sheet analysis and key financial ratios.
• Arabic language skills considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage business by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships in line with policies and risk appetite.
• Acquire new clients, conduct financial analysis and submit accurate credit applications with onboarding.
• Cross-sell products to existing clients to increase portfolio and wallet share.
• Review client dossiers, respond to needs, and resolve complaints within agreed turnaround times.
• Conduct client visits, report on risk profile and update authorities as needed.
• Analyze clients’ financial health and industries to identify lending and cross-selling opportunities.
