Job summary

Dollar Car Rental UAE in Dubai seeks a results-oriented Corporate Account Manager to own and grow key corporate leasing relationships, manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to contract signing, and act as the primary escalation point between clients and company management.

The role requires strong B2B sales acumen, exceptional relationship management with senior stakeholders, and the ability to drive renewals, upsells, and revenue targets across a growing corporate portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in corporate account management.
• Proven experience managing key/strategic accounts, ideally within leasing, automotive, or a related B2B service industry.
• Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for key accounts, from prospecting through to contract signing.
• Manage a portfolio of key corporate accounts, ensuring consistent engagement through regular meetings and feedback sessions.
• Track contract expiry dates proactively and lead renewal negotiations to retain existing business.
• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure seamless service delivery for corporate clients.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports to the Manager, including pipeline status and revenue achieved.
