Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing room inventory to maximize revenue and support market strategy meetings.
• Prepare competitive analyses and supporting documents for market sales strategy meetings.
• Manage room authorizations, rates, and restrictions and communicate strategy to properties.
• Generate and update Revenue Management reports and provide forward-looking information for forecasting and targeting.
• Assist with system maintenance including rate hurdles, forecast monitoring, and group forecasting.
• Assist in training new associates on revenue management tools.
• Assist in implementing hotel sales strategies in reservation and inventory systems.
