Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Lead for the Utilities & Fintech vertical in Dubai. You will drive client service excellence, lead cross-functional teams, and own the deployment and execution of strategy through CSTs, with a focus on mobile app-focused ad products and revenue growth.

You will partner with stakeholders to resolve complex issues, guide product adoption, and mentor the team to deliver scalable solutions for advertisers.

Qualifications

• Extensive years of experience in account management and client services within digital performance marketing.
• Proactive with excellent project management, organizational, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience managing performance advertisers with deep understanding of their challenges.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain scalable, healthy client relationships across the CST.
• Lead CST teams; define process updates and product priorities with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with ad operations, product development, engineering and creative to resolve complex issues and drive adoption of TikTok ad products.
• Provide research, market analysis and TikTok-caliber client service to grow the business.
• Mentor the team and lead from the front to build a first-class unit.
