Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Team Lead in the UAE to drive scalable, long-term advertiser partnerships. You will work with cross-functional teams to define vertical strategy, deploy execution plans, and prioritize product adoption for mobile app-focused campaigns.

You’ll mentor CST members, translate client needs into innovative campaign solutions, and collaborate with operations, product, engineering and creative teams to resolve complex issues and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital performance marketing.
• Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead CST team on vertical strategy and planning, defining the focus for the unit.
• Own deployment and execution of strategy through CSMs, own the business.
• Own operational rigor to drive foundational setups (signals, creative) and priority product adoption, reporting & execution for vertical.
• Develop a Learning and Measurement Agenda to guide the vertical.
• Lead from the front, coach and mentor the team.
