Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager in Dubai to manage post-sale relationships with advertisers across the MENA region. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, optimize campaigns and provide data-driven insights to drive client success.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in digital marketing client services, fluent Arabic and English, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong client communication across MENA region.
• 3+ years in account management or client services in digital marketing; agency experience is a plus.
• Experience handling performance advertisers and understanding their challenges.
• Ability to analyze data and derive campaign insights.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizes.
• Coordinate with ad ops, product and R&D teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Guide inventory allocation with internal teams.
• Monitor and analyze ad campaigns and proactively improve results.
• Troubleshoot client issues with product & engineering teams during campaigns.
• Set up and optimize campaigns and provide data-driven insights to clients.
• Share marketplace feedback to guide advertising strategy.
• Support sales with pre-sale research and pitches.
• Conduct regular business reviews and build long-term client relationships with the sales team.
