Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of business consultancy experience in the UAE.
• Excellent English and Russian communication skills are required.
• Experience with social media tools is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Understand clients’ business objectives to offer tailored solutions and support.
• Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to ensure milestones are met and to gather feedback on performance.
• Assist Russian-speaking clients with business setup and licensing.
• Coordinating with various UAE government entities.
• Document processing and attestation.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, including cross-selling and upselling additional services or solutions.
• Ensure client retention by providing ongoing value and ROI, and foster deep understanding of client needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations.
