Job summary

Alert International in Dubai is seeking a proactive Client Relationship Manager to act as the primary contact for key stakeholders, delivering exceptional service, strategic insights, and tailored solutions to meet business goals.

You will collaborate with consulting teams to ensure project delivery, nurture long-term partnerships, and identify growth opportunities, including support for Russian-speaking clients with UAE licensing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Minimum 1 year of business consultancy and/or related UAE experience.
• Experience with social media tools.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing needs promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with consulting teams to meet client expectations and deliver on milestones.
• Coordinate with UAE government entities and manage document processing.
• Provide strategic insights to clients based on market trends and ROI.
• Prepare client proposals, presentations, and contracts with relevant teams.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-sell services.
