Job summary

Trade Point in Abu Dhabi seeks a proactive Customer Relations & Sales Officer to manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and drive sales performance with professional representation.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales or customer relations, strong English communication, and CRM familiarity. You will coordinate with internal teams, maintain CRM data, and strive to meet targets in a client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer relations.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Good computer skills; CRM experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication with existing and potential clients via phone, email, and in‑person meetings.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals and follow up until closing the deal.
• Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues professionally.
• Represent the company in meetings, events, and exhibitions when required.
