TikTok’s Global Business Solutions (GBS) in the MENA region seeks a Client Partner to own revenue and relationships across 40–60 mid-market advertisers. You will lead business conversations, align client goals with campaign performance, and partner with Client Solutions Managers to drive measurable growth for ecommerce, apps, and lead generation.

This role requires strong commercial instincts, expertise in performance marketing, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, account management, or client partnerships with a strong performance marketing focus.
• Arabic language proficiency alongside English is required for the MENA market.
• Knowledge of the MENA digital advertising landscape; KSA market experience is a strong plus.
• Experience managing a large portfolio of mid-market clients and strong commercial communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets for a portfolio of 40–60 mid-market performance clients; deliver against quarterly and annual goals.
• Manage pipeline and forecast revenue accurately; track account health and flag risks early.
• Build strong commercial relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations; marketing leads, growth managers, and senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Client Solutions Managers to connect client goals with campaign performance and ensure results-backed relationships.
• Develop account growth plans by identifying upsell opportunities and new use cases across your book of business.
• Conduct regular business reviews tying TikTok performance to client growth objectives such as ecommerce revenue, app installs, and lead volume.
• Maintain knowledge of TikTok ad products to lead credible product conversations and strategic planning.
• Share market intelligence and client feedback with internal teams to inform TikTok’s mid-market approach in MENA.
