Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and service industry trends.
• English language proficiency required for South Africa market and clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to Service Industry clients for TikTok advertising products.
• Drive adoption of TikTok's product suite within client marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships with key accounts and agencies.
• Collaborate with ad operations, product, creative, and marketing science teams on campaigns.
• Provide data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and product usage.
• Work with product teams to relay client feedback and influence future development.
• Support pre-sales with market research, pitches, and product solution guidance.
• Identify and resolve product-related issues during campaign execution.
• Focus on retention, upsell opportunities, and renewals by delivering long-term value.
• Lead regular business reviews with clients to optimize campaigns and explore growth.
