Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Partner - Commerce (Arabic Speaking) in Dubai to lead revenue growth and strategic partnerships across the MENA region. You will craft annual and quarterly account plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive adoption of TikTok solutions to deliver measurable client outcomes.

You will build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives, translate market context into business cases, and manage end-to-end campaigns across brand, catalog and conversion

Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising, media, or client partnership roles.
• Marketing, e-commerce, or digital transformation in retail preferred.
• Arabic language proficiency alongside English.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience translating data into actionable insights.
• Understanding TikTok and its commercial offerings.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets for your book of business within the Commerce pod.
• Build and run annual and quarterly account plans mapping growth levers by brand, market and product.
• Structure and negotiate joint business plans and commercial deals with ROI tracked against outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day health of your book, including pacing, forecasting and pipeline.
• Lead full-funnel, product-led strategy spanning brand, web/app conversion and search.
• Drive adoption of TikTok priority solutions including GenAI tools and Smart+.
