Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Partner for the Services, Turkey & South Asia team to grow a portfolio of clients and identify revenue opportunities. You will build strategic account plans, influence executives, and partner with internal teams to deliver digital advertising solutions.

The role requires strong client-facing experience in services sectors such as Telco, Travel, Entertainment, or Finance, plus Turkish and English language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client-facing commercial roles such as Client Partner, Account Management, Business Development, Media, or Digital teams within agencies, platforms, or tech companies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic client relationships across the Services vertical, acting as a trusted partner to drive long-term business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and unlock incremental revenue opportunities through consultative selling and solution development.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with clients’ business objectives and marketing priorities.
• Understand clients’ challenges, industry dynamics, and growth opportunities to provide data-driven recommendations and solutions.
• Partner with XFN teams (Product, Creative, Finance, Measurement) to deliver impactful client solutions and ensure execution excellence.
• Lead business reviews, strategic planning discussions, and performance conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to shape go-to-market strategies and client engagement approaches.
