Qualifications

• 8+ years in change management, transformation, or related field.
• Experience leading complex healthcare transformations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with transformation objectives.
• Assess stakeholder impact, readiness and adoption requirements.
• Develop communication plans and engagement strategies for impacted stakeholders.
• Coordinate training, knowledge-transfer and awareness initiatives.
• Track adoption, readiness and change effectiveness with defined metrics.
• Identify resistance and develop mitigation and engagement strategies.
• Support transition activities to ensure sustainable adoption of new processes and systems.
