Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Organizational Change & Transformation Lead to drive change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption and organizational readiness for a large UAE technology transformation program. The role will ensure successful adoption of new technologies, processes and ways of working by delivering an integrated OCM strategy.

Qualifications

• 14+ years in organizational change, transformation or change management
• Experience leading OCM for large-scale technology/digital transformations
• Strong skills in change impact assessment, stakeholder mapping, communications, training, readiness and adoption
• Experience managing change across multiple functions, tech workstreams and stakeholders
• Executive stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication and influencing capabilities
• Experience developing and tracking change adoption and readiness metrics/KPIs
• Ability to operate in multi-workstream, multi-vendor transformation environments
• Understanding of link between tech implementation, business process change and user adoption

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall OCM and transformation strategy
• Conduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments and adoption planning
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans and manage engagement with senior leaders and business teams
• Define and execute integrated communications, engagement, training, and adoption plans
• Identify change impacts across people, processes, technology, roles, and ways of working
• Establish and manage a network of change champions
• Coordinate with program, HR, communications, training and technology teams
• Manage organizational readiness for major releases, deployments and go-live
• Monitor adoption, engagement, readiness and change effectiveness using KPIs
• Identify resistance and adoption risks and develop mitigation plans
• Ensure training needs are identified and learning interventions developed
• Provide leadership with reporting on readiness, adoption risks and required actions
