Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in progressive technical and managerial roles.
• Experience in digital transformation and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted digital advisor to business line managers.
• Coordinate with Group Digital and Cybersecurity on projects.
• Translate business requirements into actionable digital demand.
• Guide adoption and change management activities for new solutions.
