Sutherland in the UAE seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst in the Insurance domain to drive digital transformation and process improvement. You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into BRD/FRD and user stories.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain.
- Strong experience in Insurance Digital Transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Insurance processes, products and workflows.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and process modelling.
- Strong experience in BRD, FRD, Functional Requirements and User Stories.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with Product Owners, Developers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in Change Management and Impact Assessment.
- Willingness to relocate to UAE.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement within the insurance domain.
- Analyse existing systems, processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements for digital solutions.
- Develop business requirements, functional specifications and user stories aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, Product Owners and development teams to drive project implementation.
- Lead change management activities for digital transformation initiatives.
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
- Develop communication plans, training materials and workshops to support change adoption.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
- Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies and promote continuous improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, discussions and stakeholder meetings.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to prioritize and refine user stories.
- Drive retrospectives, feedback sessions and continuous Agile process improvements.
