Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead change and adoption initiatives across healthcare, data, analytics, and technology transformation programs.

The role will be responsible for developing and executing change strategies, preparing stakeholders for transformation, driving communication and training programs, tracking adoption, and ensuring successful transition to new processes, systems, and ways of working.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in stakeholder management, program coordination, business analytics, and healthcare transformation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organizational Change & Adoption

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with transformation objectives.
• Assess stakeholder impact, organizational readiness, and change adoption requirements.
• Develop communication plans and engagement strategies for impacted stakeholders.
• Coordinate training, knowledge-transfer, and awareness initiatives to support successful adoption.
• Track adoption, readiness, and change effectiveness through defined metrics and feedback mechanisms.
• Identify resistance to change and develop appropriate mitigation and engagement strategies.
• Support transition activities and ensure sustainable adoption of new processes, systems, and operating models.

2. Program & Project Management

• Support planning and execution of transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Establish governance mechanisms, status reporting, trackers, and project dashboards.
• Work closely with program and project managers to ensure change activities are integrated into overall delivery plans.
• Monitor progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies impacting adoption or delivery.
• Support execution oversight and ensure agreed milestones and outcomes are achieved.

3. Stakeholder & Client Management

• Build strong relationships with business, technology, operations, and client stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, change impact assessments, and working sessions.
• Engage leadership teams to communicate transformation objectives, progress, risks, and adoption requirements.
• Manage stakeholder concerns and support resolution of issues affecting transformation initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment across business and delivery teams.
• Act as a key point of contact between transformation teams and impacted business functions.

4. Business Analytics & Reporting

• Leverage SQL and other analytical tools for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop MIS reports, operational dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Analyse adoption, utilization, operational, and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to support leadership decision-making.
• Track transformation KPIs, adoption metrics, utilization, and business outcomes.
• Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for business and leadership stakeholders.

5. Healthcare & Data Transformation

• Support transformation initiatives across healthcare operations, data, analytics, and technology-enabled processes.
• Work with business teams across areas such as revenue cycle management, provider billing, claims, and denial management.
• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Support implementation and adoption of new healthcare processes, platforms, and analytical solutions.
• Partner with data and technology teams to ensure business requirements and change impacts are appropriately addressed.
• Drive adoption of data-led processes and transformation initiatives across healthcare operations.

Required Experience & Skills

• 8+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation, program/project management, business transformation, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing organizational change and adoption initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client management experience.
• Experience with change impact assessment, stakeholder readiness, communication, training, and adoption tracking.
• Strong program/project coordination and governance experience.
• Hands-on experience with business analytics, MIS reporting, dashboards, and SQL-based data extraction.
• Understanding of healthcare operations and processes such as revenue cycle management, provider billing, claims, and denial management is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Certifications such as Prosci Change Management, CCMP, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent would be an advantage.
• Experience working on large-scale healthcare, data, digital, or technology transformation programs is preferred.
