DXC Technology is seeking an accomplished Program Director to lead the delivery of a large-scale, complex technology transformation program in the UAE.

This is a senior leadership position with end-to-end accountability for program strategy, governance, delivery, financial performance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and benefits realization.

The successful candidate will bring extensive experience leading large, complex, multi-year technology transformation programs within enterprise-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Delivery

• Provide end-to-end leadership and accountability for a large-scale transformation program.
• Define and communicate the program vision, strategy, objectives, roadmap, and delivery priorities.
• Lead multiple interconnected projects, workstreams, program managers, project managers, technical teams, and delivery partners.
• Ensure successful delivery against agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business outcomes.
• Establish clear ownership, responsibilities, priorities, and performance expectations across the program.
• Lead recovery and remediation activities for critical delivery challenges where required.

Governance & Executive Reporting

• Establish and maintain robust program governance, controls, reporting frameworks, and decision-making structures.
• Monitor program performance against KPIs, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and contractual commitments.
• Provide executive-level reporting to senior stakeholders, Executive Sponsors, and Steering Committees.
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive consistent delivery standards and methodologies across all workstreams.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

• Act as a senior DXC Technology delivery leader and trusted advisor.
• Build strong relationships with senior executives, stakeholders, partners, vendors, and internal DXC teams.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive alignment across business and technology functions.
• Manage expectations and maintain transparent communication throughout the program lifecycle.

Financial & Commercial Management

• Own and manage program financial performance, including budget, forecasting, resource utilization, revenue, and margin.
• Drive cost optimization while maintaining delivery quality and contractual commitments.
• Ensure effective allocation of resources across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Identify opportunities to maximize value through effective program delivery.

Risk, Compliance & Quality

• Proactively identify and manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
• Ensure adherence to applicable governance, security, compliance, contractual, and quality requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence across the program.
• Maintain high standards of program documentation, controls, and communications.

Benefits Realization

• Ensure the program delivers agreed business outcomes and measurable value.
• Monitor performance against benefit realization plans.
• Drive effective transition, adoption, operational readiness, and handover into BAU operations.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of project/program management experience, including at least 5 years in senior program leadership positions.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, complex, multi-year technology or digital transformation programs.
• Strong experience managing multiple projects, workstreams, dependencies, vendors, and delivery teams.
• Proven experience engaging with C-level executives, senior leadership, Steering Committees, and Executive Sponsors.
• Strong program governance, risk management, financial management, and delivery assurance capabilities.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar program budgets.
• Demonstrated experience operating within complex multi-vendor and systems integration environments.
• Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of revenue, margin, forecasting, and resource optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience delivering complex transformation programs in the UAE or wider GCC region.
• Experience leading complex technology transformation, systems integration, infrastructure, cloud, applications, cybersecurity, or digital modernization programs.
• Experience working within large-scale, complex and highly governed enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of delivery environments requiring high levels of governance, security, confidentiality, and stakeholder management.
• Recognized program/project management certification such as PgMP, PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile.
• Postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
