Job summary

DXC Technology UAE is seeking an experienced Solution Architecture Lead to provide end-to-end architecture leadership for a large-scale transformation program. You will own architecture across domains, drive governance, and mentor cross-functional teams in a multi-vendor environment.

The role requires 15+ years in architecture, strong leadership, and deep cloud, security, and integration expertise to deliver a secure, scalable and sustainable end-to-end solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of technology experience with leadership in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Technical Architecture.
• Experience as Lead Solution Architect or Chief Architect on large-scale technology transformations.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end architecture across multiple domains.
• Strong understanding across applications, data, cloud, security, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the overall end-to-end solution architecture across the program.
• Define target architecture, principles, standards, and design guardrails.
• Translate business requirements into scalable architecture solutions.
• Ensure alignment across applications, data, cloud, security, and operations.
• Lead architecture governance processes and design reviews.
• Mentor and guide architecture and engineering teams.
• Manage cross-vendor architecture conflicts and dependencies.
