Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 12+ years of project/program management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-year technology or digital transformation programs.
• Strong governance, risk, financial, and delivery assurance capabilities.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and steering committees.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership for a large-scale transformation program.
• Define program vision, strategy, objectives, roadmap, and delivery priorities.
• Lead multiple projects, workstreams, and delivery teams across vendors.
• Ensure delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Establish governance, reporting, and escalations for stakeholders.
