Job summary

Taurex is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in Dubai to drive growth by developing new business opportunities and forging strong partnerships with IBs, Money Managers, and customers. You will work with the sales team to craft proposals, negotiate terms, and communicate across stakeholders.

You will source and convert leads, conduct market research, and aim to exceed revenue targets through proactive networking and strategic collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within Commodity, CFD, or Financial Services.
• Existing book of business and proven experience in bringing in new business is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of the MENA region and its market dynamics.
• Excellent understanding of financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Introduce the company’s products to partners and customers online and offline.
• Self-generate new leads and opportunities within the financial community.
• Identify and develop opportunities across IBs, affiliates and Money Managers.
• Maintain relationships with existing IBs and customers via referrals, websites and contacts.
• Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and customer needs.
• Source and convert partner leads into sales with high-quality engagement.
• Meet and contribute to sales revenue targets.
• Identify and report on business opportunities to increase market share.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives and share insights.
