• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales with a strong client-facing orientation.
• Experience in UAE business community preferred; network advantageous.
• Technical fluency in IT, ELV, AV, security systems is valued.
• Excellent communication, networking, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Disciplined CRM and reporting habits; ability to work with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships across UAE commercial property and fit-out community.
• Identify upcoming office relocations, refurbishments, fit-out and construction projects.
• Generate qualified leads for IT infrastructure, security, AV, managed services and workplace solutions.
• Engage clients with a needs-based, consultative approach with internal teams.
• Handover opportunities to Projects Account Manager and support through closure.
• Develop strategic partnerships with consultants, contractors and designers to generate referrals.
• Represent the company at networking events and industry associations.
• Maintain accurate CRM with leads, meetings and follow-ups; report activity regularly.
