Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Dubai seeks a Business Development Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding market presence and revenue through strategic partnerships. You will build strong client relationships and lead market research and sales strategies to achieve growth.

You will secure new accounts, manage portfolios, and collaborate across departments to quote, bid, and onboard new business, delivering value and driving profitability in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing.
• 3-4 years’ experience in Logistics & Warehouse management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Secure new accounts and maintain existing portfolio to reach yearly gross margin objectives.
• Collaborate with all levels of the organization on key opportunities.
• Develop and own strategy and execution to achieve growth targets.
• Lead client visits and provide market expertise to stakeholders in Sea/Air freight.
