Job summary

Tarjama is seeking a Business Development Manager for Enterprise Services in the UAE to drive new logo acquisition across LSP, Ureed Secondments, and Content Lab. You will develop account strategies, identify key stakeholders, and lead end-to-end deal cycles through collaborative cross-functional teams.

You will own prospecting across channels, qualify opportunities, and close deals while leveraging partnerships to access new markets. Extensive travel within the UAE will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred.
• 8+ years in business development or hunting roles.
• Experience in agency language services, localization, or B2B services is a plus.
• Strong prospecting, networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent English language proficiency (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Own new logo acquisition in UAE market and drive revenue targets.
• Develop account plans and stakeholder maps for target lists.
• Outreach through multiple channels to generate meetings and opportunities.
• Qualify opportunities based on need, potential, timing and fit.
• Lead negotiations and close deals, including channel partnerships.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report pipeline metrics.
• Collaborate with Production, Marketing to tailor proposals.
• Travel 25-50% as required in UAE.
