Job summary

Role requires 5–7 years in BD/sales within finance or insurance, with a strong track record of closing major deals and knowledge of Takaful and Sharia-compliant finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field; MBA is advantageous.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in BD, sales, or relationship mgmt in financial services or insurance, preferably Takaful.
• Demonstrated record of closing significant deals and exceeding quotas.
• Excellent knowledge of Takaful, Sharia compliance, and Islamic finance.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and achieve sales targets through development and execution of strategic business plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to secure and expand business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and effective sales strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular engagement and follow-up.
