Job summary

Delta is seeking a Business Development Manager for PV inverters in Dubai. This full-time role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic value propositions, and driving commercial results in a global energy solutions portfolio.

Required are 3–5 years in B2B sales or BD with PV/energy tech exposure, a bachelor’s or master’s in electrical engineering, and full professional proficiency in English and Arabic. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in PV, PCS, BESS or related energy tech.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers: meet prospects, translate needs into credible value propositions.
