Job summary

Masdar, a global clean energy leader in Abu Dhabi, seeks a Technical Manager, PV to lead analyses, design aspects and technical project management for PV projects. You will guide development lifecycles and coordinate with contractors and clients.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in PV, Bachelor’s in electrical engineering (MSc is a plus), experience with PVSys and AutoCAD, and strong communication and project management skills to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Graduate degree or MSc in electrical or industrial engineering is an asset.
• 6–8 years of PV industry experience (IPP/EPC or consulting).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and techno-economic analyses for PV projects.
• Manage design aspects and project management with contractors and clients.
• Define basic design and review test procedures for PV components.
