Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–3 years UAE experience in Sales, Business Development, Government Services, Corporate Services, PRO Services, or Business Setup.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken; strong reading of contracts and commercial agreements.
• Strong B2B sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Experience acquiring new corporate clients and contracts; good understanding of UAE market and government services sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities
• Develop new B2B relationships and secure corporate contracts for government and related services
• Promote the company s services to businesses and corporate clients across the UAE
• Conduct client meetings presentations and business negotiations
• Prepare proposals quotations and commercial offers based on client requirements
• Review and understand contracts agreements terms and commercial conditions before coordination and finalization
• Negotiate pricing service terms and contract conditions professionally
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with corporate clients
• Coordinate internally with Operations and other departments to ensure client requirements can be delivered effectively
• Monitor market opportunities and identify potential sectors and companies for business development
• Achieve agreed sales and new-contract acquisition targets
