Job summary

GCG Enterprise Solutions in the UAE is seeking a Sales Account Manager – Audio Visual Solutions to drive revenue growth across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will sell display systems, video conferencing, digital signage, and integrated AV solutions to enterprise, government, and hospitality clients.

Requires 5–8 years of AV sales experience, strong technical knowledge of AV architectures, and a proven ability to build long-term relationships, forecast pipelines, and close multi-site contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of AV solutions sales experience in the UAE.
• Strong technical understanding of AV systems and architectures.
• Proven consultative, project-based selling track record.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets across the AV solutions portfolio.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, AV engineers, and project teams to deliver solutions.
