Tech First Gulf FZ LLC is seeking an experienced AV Product & Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for audio-visual products and solutions in the UAE. You will manage vendor relationships, lead market expansion initiatives, and oversee product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, partnering with operations, marketing and technical teams.

You will define pricing structures, negotiate major AV contracts, and build strategic relationships with system integrators, partners and clients to achieve

Responsabilités

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build relationships with vendors, clients, system integrators, consultants, and partners.
• Lead contract negotiations and close major AV projects.
• Define and manage the product roadmap for AV hardware and software solutions.
• Research market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
• Forecast sales performance.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and end-of-life (EOL).
• Develop pricing strategies, discount structures, and margins.
• Collaborate with technical, operations, and marketing teams.
