Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai is seeking a Sales Director to lead the automotive operations across New Vehicle, Fleet-B2B and Pre-Owned segments. The role owns the sales strategy, P&L, and multi-channel leadership across Retail, Corporate, Government and dealer networks.

You will partner with OEMs, drive growth, customer experience, governance and transformation initiatives, building a high-performance sales organization in a dynamic Middle East market.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• More than 15 years of progressive automotive sales leadership experience.
• Significant experience leading multi-channel sales operations (Retail, Fleet-B2B, Corporate, Government, Pre-Owned).
• Proven record of managing large-scale operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Direct experience with automotive OEMs and dealer networks.
