Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Sales Manager to drive unit sales and CSI targets while ensuring showroom efficiency and strong team leadership. You will oversee cash and receivables, safety standards, and brand representation across the Emirate.

The role requires a proven automotive sales track record, strategic planning, and the ability to coach a sales team to deliver superior customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline, MBA preferred.
• 9+ years of direct selling experience in the automotive industry.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that sales standards for the location are achieved and maintained to enhance company's image and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure budgeted unit sales and gross margins for the branch are achieved or exceeded.
• Ensure adherence to the company's sales system, prospecting system, and target achievement regarding number of prospects logged, trade-ins, and F&I products.
• Ensure achievement of CSV objectives for the sales function to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
• Ensure customer/associate engagement is enhanced and customer complaints are resolved through necessary actions.
• Guide, motivate, and control location staff to maximize performance.
• Identify staff training and development needs and communicate these to management for the arrangement of necessary training.
• Accountable for employee engagement scores and human sigma level for the branch.
• Ensure company procedures are adhered to while handling cash and account receivables.
• Implement the company's credit control policy to ensure cash safety and minimize bad debts.
• Control the location’s new vehicle stock for security and availability.
• Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of location premises and assets to improve company image.
