Job summary

Al Ghurair Mobility is seeking an Aftersales Director - Automotive Operations in Dubai. You will lead the national aftersales strategy spanning service, parts, warranty and technical capability while ensuring customer satisfaction and financial performance.

The role requires extensive automotive leadership, P&L oversight, and the ability to develop revenue streams including EV servicing; collaboration with manufacturers, fleets, and partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Automobile specialization is required.
• MBA is preferred for strategic and commercial scope.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national automotive aftersales strategy across service, parts, warranty, technical, and customer support operations.
• Establish clear workshop output, productivity, utilization, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Direct annual budgeting and monitor actual performance against plans.
• Analyze aftersales revenue, costs, margins, and resource allocation for corrective actions.
• Lead aftersales operations serving retail customers, fleet accounts, and insurance companies.
• Develop profitable service propositions for fleet customers and EV maintenance programs.
