Job summary

Mintlayer is seeking an experienced IR Director to lead the investor relations function as it scales its institutional base in the GCC and Europe. You will own the close process, manage data rooms, and coordinate roadshows to convert interest into committed capital.

You will build and operate LP communications infrastructure, oversee the CRM, and partner with the Head of Capital Strategy and CEO to report on pipeline, LP sentiment, and fundraising progress in a fast-paced crypto/fintech

Qualifications

• 7+ years in investor relations, fundraising, or institutional capital markets.
• Experience managing LP relationships in VC, PE, or digital asset funds.
• Exceptional written communication for quarterly LP letters and data room narratives.
• GCC and European institutional investor network preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pre-Series A close process, investor pipeline, data room, due diligence, and roadshow scheduling.
• Build and operate LP communications infrastructure for quarterly letters, capital calls, NAV reporting.
• Develop and maintain the Mintlayer investor data room.
• Manage the investor CRM and ensure interactions are tracked to institutional standards.
• Prepare investor presentation materials with the Head of Capital Strategy.
• Build relationships with GCC and European institutional investor networks.
• Report to the Head of Capital Strategy and CEO on investor pipeline and LP sentiment.

Mintlayer s institutional investor base is being built right now and the relationships formed in the next twelve months will define the company s capital trajectory for the next decade The IR Director builds the infrastructure that makes those relationships possible the data room the LP communications architecture the reporting cadence and the roadshow presence that turns institutional interest into committed capital

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Own the Pre-Series A close process investor pipeline data room due diligence coordination and roadshow scheduling
• Build and operate LP communications infrastructure for Interest One quarterly letters capital call documentation NAV reporting
• Develop and maintain the Mintlayer investor data room
• Manage the investor CRM and ensure all interactions are tracked to institutional standard
• Prepare investor presentation materials with the Head of Capital Strategy
• Build relationships with GCC and European institutional investor networks
• Report to the Head of Capital Strategy and CEO on investor pipeline and LP sentiment
