Job summary
Cohere Inc. is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager for the UAE private sector. You will own strategic accounts, drive adoption of frontier AI solutions, and lead executive engagements across Saudi Arabia and the UAE while navigating regulatory and data-security considerations.
You will partner with senior stakeholders, guide multi-year implementations, and ensure measurable ROI and value realization for regional customers.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in customer success, account management, or strategic consulting in enterprise contexts.
- Experience with UAE enterprises across finance, healthcare, logistics, tech preferred.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts and long deployments.
- Experience leading AI/ML / cloud implementations in regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Own success, adoption, and growth of Cohere's UAE private sector customers.
- Build deep relationships with CXOs, VPs, Directors, and digital leads.
- Define success plans aligned with budgets, strategy, and constraints.
- Lead lifecycle from use-case to production deployment and scaling.
- Drive renewals, expansions, and executive business reviews.
- Advocate for UAE-specific product requirements and security needs.
