Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer success or enterprise contexts.
• 3-5 years working with UAE enterprises across relevant industries.
• Proven track record managing complex strategic accounts with multi-year timelines.
• Experience leading AI/ML, cloud, or enterprise software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own success, adoption and growth of UAE private sector customers.
• Build deep relationships with senior stakeholders: CXOs, VPs, Directors.
• Develop success plans aligned with digital strategy and budgets.
• Lead AI adoption lifecycle from use case to production deployment.
