Job summary

Cohere is seeking a Solutions Architect in Dubai, UAE, to drive Cohere’s growth in the UAE and MENA. You will translate customer problems into Cohere solutions, own the technical relationship, and lead pilots with enterprise and government clients.

You will collaborate with partners, guide best practices, and help scale the solutions architecture team while advocating for customer needs within the product team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing technical pre/post sales roles.
• Passion for Generative AI and understanding of LLM strengths/weaknesses.
• Familiarity with foundational ML concepts (training/evaluation).
• Excellent communication, able to engage CEOs and technical audiences.
• Comfortable with Python and assistive coding tools.
• Experience architecting, deploying or consulting on NLP/AI/LLM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical talk track on customer calls.
• Design enterprise architectures for North deployments.
• Deep dive on customer queries and Cohere technology.
• Facilitate customer evaluations and pilots.
• Document scalable processes for the SA team and related groups.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to align offerings with customer needs.
• Work with partners to enable and accelerate their customers.
