Job summary

Cohere is seeking a Solutions Architect in the UAE to drive adoption of AI products with strategic enterprise and government customers. You will serve as the technical advisor, map customer problems to Cohere solutions, and lead pilots that demonstrate impact.

You will partner with executives and partners, own the customer narrative, and help scale Cohere's offerings across the region. Strong Arabic and UAE-based presence required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing technical pre/post sales Solutions Architect/Solutions Engineer/Sales Engineer/Digital Strategy Consultant experience.
• A passion for Generative AI and understanding of strengths/ weaknesses of Generative LLMs.
• Familiarity with foundational ML concepts (training, evaluation).
• Excellent communication skills—able to present to CEOs and discuss technical details.
• Thrives in ambiguous environments and can implement high-impact processes in unstructured settings.
• Comfortable with Python and Assistive Coding tools.
• Preferred: 2+ years architecting/deploying/consulting on NLP/AI/LLM Solutions.
• Must have native-level Arabic.
• Must be based in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical talk track on customer calls.
• Design enterprise architectures for North deployments.
• Deep dives on customer queries and Cohere technology.
• Facilitate customer evaluations and pilots.
• Develop and document processes to scale the solutions architect team.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to match customer needs.
• Work with partners to enable and accelerate customer journeys.
