Job summary

Cohere is seeking a Solutions Architect in the UAE to drive adoption of AI products with flagship customers. You will own the technical relationship, map customer problems to Cohere solutions, and lead pilots that demonstrate value to strategic enterprise and government accounts.

You will collaborate with partners and executives, translate business objectives into technical plans, and help scale Cohere’s adoption across the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing technical pre/post sales experience.
• Passion for Generative AI and understanding of LLMs.
• Familiarity with ML concepts (training, evaluation).
• Excellent communication with CEOs and technical teams.
• Native-level Arabic and Dubai-based.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical talks on customer calls and pilots.
• Design enterprise architectures for North deployments.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to align solutions with customer needs.
• Capture feedback to influence product direction.
• Guide best practices and cultivate champions in customer orgs.
