Job summary

spiderSilk is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant to bridge commercial goals and technical reality for Silkrunner, our agentic AI workflow platform. You will translate complex customer pain points into deliverable technical scopes and ensure win-ready opportunities with validated platform fit.

You will lead discovery with IT, operations, and business stakeholders, qualify opportunities, and tailor messaging to various buyer personas. Travel up to 50% may be required in the UAE region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, data science, or technical consulting within software/SaaS.
• Architectural thinking with APIs, cloud concepts, and AI service integration into legacy stacks.
• Ability to translate agentic AI, GenAI, and ML platform capabilities into business outcomes across industries.
• Strong demo skills and credibility with both CTOs and developers.
• Willingness to travel onsite with customers up to 50% of the time.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions with IT, Operations, and Business stakeholders to map processes and uncover requirements.
• Qualify opportunities based on technical feasibility and alignment with Silkrunner.
• Identify integration requirements, data flows, and edge cases affecting delivery.
• Partner with sales to connect business objectives to Silkrunner capabilities.
• Tailor technical messaging for different buyer personas by industry and function.
• Prepare and deliver impactful demonstrations focused on value over features.
• Build PoC sessions to prove handling of real-world enterprise data.
• Advise on data readiness and deployment models for quick value.
• Navigate UAE/Middle Eastern regulatory and data residency requirements.
• Act as trusted advisor to sales team with technical knowledge and assets.
